Knowledge is not the same as Knowing.
Actually for me they are very different.
After coming out of some intense months of courses, retreats, groups and gatherings… ( which I absolutely loved!) there is the piece, I am actually taking for myself and my own process:
If we are missing out the moments when it’s time for us to be Silent, to fall into our own Presence and just listen to what is actually inside of us- no religion, no spiritual practice or „retreat“ or group would be The Thing that will guide us to come back to ourselves.
What I saw a lot within me and around me lately is this frenzyness to gain knowledge and information and qualifications and tools in a number of areas ( the mind running around thinking „Oh I need that one, and that one too , oh, and that one..) and we would use them as the „Thing that I offer“ but not really having enough time to embody them all. And we end up passing down the pipe only knowledge and information, but not actually embodied frequency.
Slow down until there’s clarity.
Slow down until we are actually able to hear and listen to what we are perceiving.
To let it soak in our cells in the Presence of our Silence and Listening. This is what Embodiment is. To let the experience in and radiate it back into the world.
If we don’t know how to be in our own Presence, no amount of outside „knowledge“ will bring us further. It will just create more complexity in our mind and let it juggle with it.
Knowledge makes things way more complex than they are.
And Knowing simplifies them.
And the Knowing, my dears, arises from our own Presence.
