The land knows and loves her people.
She teaches them music.
She teaches them their mother tongue.
She cradles and holds their souls close to her heart during hardships in life.
She teaches them how to pray.
She provides for them in seen and unseen ways.
Their rituals to honor her and the ways to connect with the mysteries of the invisible world are taught by the land too.
We are all indigenous somewhere, even if we have become native to another land and her ways and rituals.
Grateful and learning how to love and honor every piece of land my feet stand on. ♥️
Really moved to see some of the pre-Christian, indigenous rituals of the land of my hometown, coming back to the center of peoples life.
She was delighted!! 🔥
