For millennia female sexuality and sensuality (which is a feminine treat, existing both in male and female bodies)  was covered with shame and guilt, female pleasure in any form- forbidden, oppressed and punished. Women's blood became impure and demonic, something to be afraid of instead of being seen as the blessing of our fertility. There was no space for a raging tornado or an orgasmic eruption anymore. For bigness, for curiosity, play or self-exploration. The (hu)man has decided that he is at the centre of creation and the world around needs to be measured as per his satisfaction with it. Including women.

Women are the Earth- fertile, soft, nourishing, receptive, giving birth, but also wild, feral, unapologetic, fierce and furious. The way women and their bodies are treated, is the way the Earth herself is treated.

Women have more social and economical rights than ever before and yet… we keep finding ourself put in the outdated patriarchal narrative of how a woman should be- her looks, her family, her children, her carrier, always in order to please someone else or the narrative, she was brought up with.

My invitation to you is to enter the temple of your body, of your land and indigenous roots and to unearth the woman that you were meant to be all along.

Let us tap into the fertile soil in the garden of our hearts and plant our feet. Let us wiggle our toes in it and feel its rich texture, sense its softness...smell its musky scent... And let's rise from there.  

We live in a world with a lot of heartbreak in it. Personal and collective. We are facing ecocide*, rapid climate changes and multiple genocides happening as I write this. My own heart is breaking,  while I sit with the grief for yet another extinct species or another violently murdered woman or a child. We need every single embodied woman to raise her head and realise that the medicine we've been looking for is within us, within our hearts and wombs. 

I am holding this space with deep gratitude for women throughout time, our lineages and ancestors and also reverence for the path women are on in the world today and tomorrow. 

For our children and our children's children- we cannot hide anymore. These challenging times are calling us forward.

The 1:1 time includes amongst other tools and practices conversations around the themes you bring, breath work for the nervous system, guided journeys, meditation and prayer.
